Why this site
This website is about providing details of the terms and conditions of specific contracts between consumers and suppliers of goods and/or services. Contracts that consumers will have enter into, but rarely read (or want to read).
Key purpose of this website
This website has two purposes:
- to say what are the key terms and conditions of specific contracts are, and
- to explain what they mean
What this is not about
This is not a website providing consumer advice. Although some of the material on this website will contain explanations of particular points of consmer law so that the above purpose can make sense.
There are many websites which give consumer advice, but none (as far as I am aware) which explain what an actual contract with a consumer means.
